    No hot water food quality not good. Untidy room walls wallpaper were very dirty and broken. Hotel only looks goof from outside rooms were very untidy.

    Most pathetic hotel ever seen. They don't have a restaurant but they cook unhygienic food and deliver it as room service. No ventilation in the room, it smells like rotten eggs. Staff is indifferent to your needs and doesn't respond. Rooms are congested and not spacious. Bedsheets and towels dirty. You have to ask for electric kettle, tea bags, soap, shampoo, water otherwise they will not provide, worst stay of my life

    The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Food quality was very bad. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

    Hotel exterior was good but interiors are not so good. Breakfast was excellent but service needs to be improve (very slow. Location is reachable from airport, bus stand and railway station.

    Dirty rooms, washroom not clean and smells terrible. Better not to book this hotel. Food also not good.

    It was wonderful! have akways stayed in sands while visiting dehradun. So its always special!

    This is an average type of hotel. My plan was of 3 days but checked out after one day only tv channels were not updated. Tv was not in working condition. After so many complaints they fixed it. Overall the stay was not satisfied

    The location is fine, but the food and staff are not satisfactory, and there is no restaurant on the property. I arrived at the hotel around 11 am, but they did not provide the room until 1 pm, and there was no waiting area available. The staff was uncooperative, and the service was very poor.
